Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

 

  • We offer standard shipping for all orders made in Crystalbelt online Store.

  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Swiss National holidays).

  • For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 3 - 5 working days after order verification and credit approval.

  • We use a shipping fee according your total amount of order. Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.

  • All shipments are processed in our Swiss facility to Switzerland, countries with the EU and overseas. We send the goods by registered mail outside Switzerland.

  • Orders will be processed and shipped once pay pall authorization is received.

REURN POLICY

 

If you wish to return a product, you can do so by post.

1. Return period

Our return periods apply from date of shipment or collection. The date of the postmark or the date on which the item is personally returned applies.

1. 20-day right of return for all products purchased from Crystalbelt

Subject to the below-listed limitations, all products purchased from Crystalbelt may be returned within 20 calendar days.

2. No right of return

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following returns:

  • Damaged jewelry (with the exception of transport damage)

  • Jewelry that are not in their original packaging

  • Products that do not include all accessories

  • Uses / worn jewelry

3. Refund value

Provided that a product can be returned, the following refund regulations apply:

Full refund at purchase price

  • The purchase price is refunded provided that the following requirements are met: No signs of use, original labels have not been removed and original undamaged original packaging is existent

4. Return shipping costs

Postal charges for the return shipment of products are generally borne by the sender. The following exceptions apply:  

  • The product information in our shop is incorrect

  • The product received was not ordered

  • The product is incomplete
